It has begun

Our briefing in Atlanta is over and at 4:15 am we are meeting in the lobby to head to the airport for a 36 hr journey! It will be interesting since one leg of our flight is 14 hrs. :) I'm very excited though. I love our group. There are 14 students and 2 leaders from Alabama, USF, and UF. Our briefing time has been great. Lots of chatting, getting to know people, team bonding, direction for what we're going to do, and encouragement.

I leave tomorrow!

So I'm getting excited to leave tomorrow! Our Summer P group is fabulous & I can't wait to get to know everyone. There are ten people from UF and 6 people from other schools. We're all meeting up in Atlanta tomorrow and flying out on Monday. I'm packing right now. I probably should have started packing earlier, but this way I have all my clothes clean and ready to pack. I can't pack too early anyway. Just wish someone stayed up to keep me company!
I don't know what Dad is going to do over these next six weeks but I'm very excited to see! Hopefully I'll be able to post at least a few times, but I'm not sure what the internet is going to be like over there, so bear with me. :)
